WHAT IS NLP

NLP explores the relationship between how we think (that’s the neuro bit), how we communicate both verbally and non-verbally (the linguistic bit) and the patterns of behaviour and emotion (the programmes bit) that we operate or express in life, in order to achieve the outcomes we want.
Based on the study of highly successful people since the 1970’s, NLP has produced a wide range of tools and models to help people live more effectively.  As a field, it continues to develop through new research and the modelling of highly successful people.
It offers invaluable tools to aid in coaching people and organisations around issues of goal setting, strategising, better communication, and the accessing of personal and organisational resources.  As with all coaching, NLP coaching is a full partnership with the client, and the clients agenda is respected at all times.
There has been a trend for some training organisations to offer fast track accelerator NLP training over 7 days, and to provide Practitioner Certification on this basis.  However, other training organisations are bucking this trend, and insist on the full 21 day training that was originally implemented for NLP Practitioner Training.
Richard’s Practitioner Certification was awarded on completion of the full 21 day training by one of the foremost NLP Training Organisations worldwide - PPD Learning http://www.ppdlearning.co.uk, with his certification co signed by Dr John Grinder, the co founder of NLP.
