• increase morale and improve performance.
When coaching achieves these outcomes, the expense of coaching is extremely cost effective.

• by directing the focus towards clear goal setting and positive change,
• enhancing self-direction and self-efficacy .
The coaching we offer may be in response to staff crises, or part of planned staff development.
You can determine the number of hours you purchase at the contract rate of £45 per hour.
Coaching sessions are normally 1 hour in duration, but can also be used to suit staff availability.
• 1 hour sessions (£45.00)
• ¾ hour sessions (£33.75)
• ½ hour sessions (£22.50)
This flexibility makes the cost of professional coaching extremely affordable.
The basic coaching package is £360 per calendar month, which includes 8 hourly sessions of coaching (or, 16 ½ hour sessions). This includes an initial set up visit with the head teacher or overseeing member of staff.
The Coaching Contract enables businesses and departments of larger businesses to offer a coaching facility to their staff, whilst benefiting from a sustained period of discounted coaching support. The number of hours we have available for schools-based coaching is limited, and once these are full, our standard web site rates will apply.
